Please use the button below to securely add a payment card to your account. Your card information will be collected and stored securely by Stripe; Red House Behavior does not receive or store your full card number.

You will not be charged when you submit your card information. Your card will be kept on file and may be charged later for amounts that are your responsibility after your insurance claim is processed, such as copays, coinsurance, deductibles, or other patient-responsibility amounts. Because these amounts are determined by your insurance plan and claim processing, the amount may vary.

By submitting your card, you authorize Red House Behavior to keep this payment method on file and charge it for amounts determined to be your responsibility. If you have questions about a charge, please contact our office.
