Red House Behavior Resources has providers across the country that specialize in working with kids and supporting families with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Red House matches families with with local ABA providers – Board Certified Behavior Analysts and in-home ABA treatment programs that can extend into the school and the community. Our providers take a whole family approach to services – understanding that the family is a system and what affects one member can affect everyone.

Our company is here every day to help you with your questions, issues and concerns. Emails and calls are returned promptly. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. Company president Dr. Robert Levine is a clinician who has worked for many years with hundreds of families all over the country coordinating ABA services. Red House also has an ongoing commitment to education and training and offers numerous resources for both and families.

Each family is assigned a Case Manager as well as an ABA team lead by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Case Managers provide an invaluable link for families in coordinating care with other local providers, primary care physicians, insurers and schools. Managing the complex administrative components of providing care and advocating for a child with autism can be taxing and overwhelming for a parent. Red House takes on the job of creating cohesion and continuity between IEPs, Behavior Intervention Plans, insurance regulations, psychologist’s assessments and more.

Rob Levine Ph.D., BCBA-D

CEO & President

Dr. Robert Levine is a licensed clinical psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working in the field of developmental disabilities for the past ten years. Dr. Levine attended the Applied Behavior Analysis Program at Pennsylvania State University and became board certified 2009. He began in the field in 2006, providing direct service to developmentally disabled clients with Understanding Behavior. After 2008, as Vice President of Operations, Dr. Levine oversaw all of Understanding Behavior’s day-to-day business with its clients and affiliates all over the country. Dr. Levine completed his Ph.D. in clinical psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute. He received his clinical training in Los Angeles at the Southern California Counseling Center, and in addition to his work with Red House, he serves as counselor for the American Conservatory Theater’s MFA Program in San Francisco.

Amanda Bugge

Director of Operations

Amanda Bugge started her career as a Behavior Therapist with the Minnesota Autism Center, where she ran ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum and trained incoming therapists. She quickly rose to become office manager within a year, supervising staff and Operations. Her administrative talent and dedication to quality of service led her to become an Operations Manager for the Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) in Santa Clara when she relocated to the Bay Area in 2014. As Director of Operations, Amanda oversees the operational details of the organization, including case management for families in multiple services areas, network relationships, and insurance authorizations for payers nationwide. She is also responsible for business development, policies and procedures. Amanda views her role at Red House as an amazing opportunity to combine her skills of perception, planning, listening, empathy and management to support the families and children we serve.

Sarah Dawson

Case Coordinator

Sarah Dawson received her master’s in Counseling from St. Mary’s College and is in the process of becoming licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Sarah trained as a Behavior Therapist with I Can Too! Learning Center, where she worked providing one-to-one ABA therapy for children on the Autism Spectrum. She combined her special needs experience and psychotherapy skills as a Counselor at the Adaptive Learning Center, where she specialized in helping adults with developmental disabilities live as independently as possible. Subsequently, Sarah has continued her work in the field as an MFT Intern in private practice, providing counseling services to adults with neurodevelopmental disabilities. At Red House, Sarah assists in all administrative operations, from insurance credentialing and case authorizations to family intakes and provider audits.

Kana Kobayashi

Case Manager

Kana Kobayashi received her BA from the University of California, Davis, and after completing her ABA training at Applied Behavior Consultants, became certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the BACB. Kana has a background in curriculum design and teaching methods, and she has worked as a Teacher’s Aid in elementary school classrooms as well as doing direct one-to-one teaching with students on the Autism Spectrum. As Case Manager at Red House, Kana oversees ongoing services for families and supports the clinical teams providing home services across the country.

Kelly McArthur

Therapist Liaison

Kelly McArthur received her BA in Psychology from the University of British Columbia and shortly after graduating in 2016, began working as a Behavior Specialist with Center for Social Dynamics where she became a Board Certified Behavior Technician (BCAT). Kelly additionally worked as a Special Education Paraprofessional with the Lafayette School District where she was a 1:1 aide for students on the autism spectrum. As Therapist Liaison at Red House, Kelly is in charge of sourcing, interviewing and vetting Behavior Therapist candidates for cases all over the country, and supervises the process from initial contact through onboarding.

Josy McEldowney

Business Manager

Josy McEldowney has a master’s in Public Health from the University of Hawaii and over 20 years of experience in financial and administrative operations. Her passion for helping others has led her to work for a wide range of nonprofits including a community based program for seriously ill children, social justice organizations and a women’s therapy center. In 2005, she played a key role in the development and implementation of the Upaya Center for Wellbeing, a holistic center and chiropractic office based in Oakland. As the Business Manager for Red House, Josy manages all financial operations including claims billing and management, payroll, budgeting and company financial systems.
